Absolutely. This is a well overdue refresh at a critical turning point in American democracy. Voters on both sides, voters in the middle, and even voters who’ve given up have expressed enthusiastic support of this concept in it’s beginning stages.

Vote United Inc. is a nonpartisan nonprofit dedicated to promoting transparent, accountable, and participatory democracy through civic education, public engagement, and innovative voting systems. Vote United Inc. is organized under Section 501(c)(4) for the promotion of social welfare, with the ability to:

• Engage in civic advocacy and democratic reform

• Support aligned legislation

• Develop ways to reduce or eliminate partisan polarization of the electorate

Future political activity, including running candidates for office and campaigning during elections, will be conducted through a separate 527 political party in full compliance with state and federal law.

We are united in our mission and welcome all feedback, concerns or additional ideas. Regarding reservations and critiques, compare them against our current representative democracy before you write off this concept. However, if this movement fails miserably, vote us out in the next election. We’re not here to break the system, we’re here to fix it.
